YVML is situated near Joshua Tree National Park, Noah Purifoy Outdoor Museum, downtown Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and Pioneer Town and is only a few hours from LA. Surrounded by Joshua Trees and high desert flora and fauna, the property offers perfect views of the sunrise and sunset.
The lab is an industrial Quonset hut style building with insulation, heat and air conditioning, a 10’ garage door and a durable concrete floor.
