Explore the creation of form through wood carving. Emphasizing basic wood carving techniques as well as readily accessible carving tools this workshop will demonstrate and focus on the creation of non-representable 3-dimensional form. Safety, clamping techniques as well as basic tool sharpening will also be covered.

Cancellation Policy: The last day to receive a full refund for a workshop is one month prior to the start of the class. Workshop fees can be used as credit for another class until 14 days before the start of the workshop. After that, there are no refunds. There are no exceptions to this including personal and job related issues (sickness included). The only way to receive a cash refund past the one month deadline is for the student to find someone to take their spot. YVML will also do its best to promote the open spot.
